Solar cooking Basic food / water survival classes

imagine using the suns rays alone ( and aluminum foil basically ) to cook food.
no burning wood. No diesel. no electricity.    It is being done around the world.


Who knows how to successfully build, and /or use an effective solar cooker?

(hopefully the sun would be shining on the day of the class)

are there Kauai folk interested in building them or teaching us how? 

food/ water survival classes offered?

How to distill water easily without electricity ?

what we need to stock up on in our pantry that is long lasting/ cheap/ nutritious ?

how to make chapatis? or flat breads?

how to sprout and make  yummy sprouted food?

This could be be taught in all schools so the kids can teach their parents...
