- I've been meeting off and on for 15+ years with volunteer community groups on Kauai to launch an effective local barter system~one or more systems I should say~and I'm SO HAPPY the timing has come around.
Kauai seems ready.
And finally, ready-to-go data bank/computer systems are easily available for communities who are ready.
