Great, I'd love to help! I have to work around disabilities but am able to put in a few hours a week. I am in school for Multimedia Design and don't have my Certificate yet. However, I have experience and equipment for shooting and editing - editing is easiest for me because it is less physically taxing. Also, I would make a good assistant/helper for someone stronger or more experienced in video production. If there is no one else, I am confident I can produce effective material. I will go to the site and make contact there too.
